Las Vegas restaurants open on Thanksgiving

The vegetarian options on Alizé’s menu will please picky herbivores without requiring fellow diners to go meatless. The four-course meal kicks off with an amuse bouche of roasted chestnut panna cotta and progresses to dishes like pumpkin soup with maple brown butter, seared scallop with braised leeks and Osetra caviar and, of course, a turkey dinner complete with sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce and stuffing. Daniel Boulud’s French brasserie goes all-American for Thanksgiving, serving a three-course feast of traditional flavors. Start with an autumn salad or butternut squash velouté, then dig into the main event: a full turkey dinner with cranberry chestnut stuffing, caramelized yams, garlic mashed potatoes and bacon-wrapped green beans. Nothing says Thanksgiving like a heaping plate of spaghetti and meatballs. (If that’s how you want to roll, who are we to judge?) Dig into excellent Italian fare on the most American of holidays, including the aforementioned spaghetti, or linguini and clams. Turkey traditionalists need not panic: The restaurant will also offer a conventional—and inexpensive—Thanksgiving Day menu, complete with bird, mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie and a complimentary cocktail or glass of wine. This popular French bistro boasts some of the best tables in Las Vegas, overlooking the action on the Strip and the fountains on Lake Bellagio.
