Venetian Dreams

A treasure trove glittering with jewellery, household items and other decorative pieces fashioned out of antique beads by owner Marisa Convento, who lovingly keeps alive the 19th-century craft of the imperaresse – women who sat on bridges and fondamenta painstakingly sorting and threading seed beads. Bead-threading classes and themed rambles can also be organised on request.
