‘Liberal Arts’ is the second indie film to be written and directed by actor Josh Radnor (his first was 2010's 'Happythankyoumoreplease'). Radnor also stars in the film (which premiered at Sundance in January), opposite Elizabeth Olsen and Richard Jenkins. It's the coming-of-middle-age story of 35-year-old Jesse (Radnor), a man who thinks his best days are behind him and who accepts an invitation to speak at the retirement dinner of his favourite university professor. When he returns to his alma mater and meets student, Zibby (Olsen), Jesse is drawn back into college life.
