Under the lead of pastry chef Shin Tae-Hwa, JW Marriott Hotel Seoul is introducing approximately 30 new pastry items. They not only changed their menu, but also renovated their interior design. Focaccia; tarte tatin, financiers made with butter, almond power, egg white and traditional French sweet canales; danpatppang(sweet red-bean bread) with whipped cream are all served here.
