Time Out says

You’ll travel a long way to find fish to rival what is served in this classically elegant restaurant: for both freshness and preparation, Il Sanlorenzo certainly ranks among Rome’s finest. From the exquisite raw seafood antipasto through the unbeatable spaghetti with sea urchins and the daily catch baked simply in a crust of salt, this is seafood at its very best, brought straight from the island of Ponza, south of Rome. The price tag is high, but it’s worth it; and wonderfully graceful service without a hint of smart-dining pomposity makes the whole experience a special one.
