Or the Mekong Sunset, a Southeast Asian-inspired cocktail of bourbon, orange juice, honey, calamansi and kaffir lime leaf. For bites, choose from a selection of tapas with Asian influences; think mantau sliders with pulled beef or lobster, or crispy whitebait fish with sambal and a Japanese onsen egg. Mantra has a comfortable, cosy vibe that is warm and inviting.
