Alfy’s New and Vintage Toy Shop

Flash back to your youth and get buried in all your favourite toys at this throwback toy store in Pyrmont. Head to Harris Street to lose hours reminiscing over that toy you always wanted as a child, but never got your hands on it – or simply marvel at the hundreds of vintage and retro games from the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s, many of which are still in their original packaging. Toys in the immaculate glass cases include G.I Joes, Star Wars figurines, toys from Transformers and other superheroes, plus rare Lego sets as well as TV and movie collectables. You’ll find the store a short walk from Darling Harbour, and the owners say it’s a fun place to visit for both children and adults alike. Take your child and share in the joy of your favourite childhood toys.
Ice Zoo

Ice Zoo

Whether you can do an axel jump in your sleep or you’re just looking to escape the heat, you can enjoy a winter wonderland all year round at Ice Zoo in Alexandria. Alongside traditional ice skating facilities, they offer skating classes that'll help thaw out any icy beginner away from the wall. If you’re into watching the action rather than getting your skates on, they’ve got ice hockey games – and if you need music to move to there are live DJ nights, too. When you’re not tearing up the ice you can warm up with a warming drink at either the café or licenced bar. Or, if you’re feeling the eskimo vibes you can even hire out an igloo with your friends and family to celebrate a special occasion.
Thai Thai

Thai Thai
