Arctic Monkeys kicked off their Asia tour with a standout concert last night
At this sold-out Arctic Monkeys concert, the crowd went wild – understandable, considering that it’s their debut performance in Singapore. Many would’ve lost their voices singing along to classics like Brianstorm and I Bet You Look Good on The Dance Floor.
The setlist featured a mix of old and new tracks, a true representation of the band’s growth and evolution since 2005, starting the night with Sculptures Of Anything Goes from the latest album. The true standout moment though? When the disco ball came out shimmering with silver fragments catching the light, right before 505. Other popular tracks like Four Out of Five and Body Paint were also met with fervent enthusiasm. For those who didn’t manage to snag these coveted tickets, don’t worry: this British rock band will be continuing their tour around Asia, stopping at Hong Kong, the Philippines, Thailand, Japan, and Indonesia.
