Crockfords Las Vegas, LXR Hotels & Resorts at Resorts World

Crockfords Las Vegas, LXR Hotels & Resorts at Resorts World

4 out of 5 stars
If I said that my stay at this hotel close to the Strip was pleasant, the understatement would be almost laughable. It’s a total doozy. Modern, refined, and about as luxe as it gets (yep, even for Vegas), I loved it. As soon as I walked into the lobby I could see why this is firmly on a lot of hit lists, even though it only opened back in 2021. The check-in process was slick as anything, with staff courteous and a lot of fun. My room – a superior king with a city view – was one of the cheaper options but boy was it swanky, with gorgeous marble tiling in the bathroom, loads of space, and quite possibly the comfiest bed I’ve ever flopped down on. The only downer? No bath. But I coped. You’re close to all the action, with the North Strip becoming more and more of a draw these days but because the hotel is part of the Resorts World Las Vegas, there’s a huge amount right nearby. From the 40 restaurants I heard a lot of people talking about the seafood at Aqua, but I really liked the Michelin-starred dumplings at Ah Chun Shandong. Bliss. And look, like any (decent?) Vegas hotel, you’re not going to stay here on the cheap, so do expect to splash out if you’re here for a few days. But you know what? It’s worth it. A great hotel.
