It turns out there are no limits to what can be done online. While we’re all safely inside our homes, our plans with the outside world are firmly on hold. That means cancelled holidays, postponed birthdays and celebrations on pause. But it doesn’t mean you have to say farewell to your upcoming yoga retreat.
Soul Adventures usually run retreats in Ibiza and other dreamy European destinations. They aren’t able to take place right now, but the retreat leader Trish – an expert in kundalini yoga, meditation, reiki, shamanic healing and sound therapy – has launched an online yoga retreat you can take part in from your living room.
The at-home retreat is taken via an online course, which takes up one hour a day.
You can channel the zen, beachy vibes you’d get if you were actually there in person with daily yoga practices streamed straight from Ibiza.
You also get access to 40 days’ worth of meditations, kriyas and soothing playlists, plus live video healing sessions with Trish once a week.
Sound like just what you need to chill the eff out right now? Roll out your mat and breathe...
Soul Adventures’ at-home retreat costs from €80. Find out more here.
