We’re forever indebted to Saweetie for teaching us how to make a Chicken McNugget sandwich

Hot on the heels of its star-studded collaborations with Travis Scott, J Balvin and BTS, McDonald's is teaming up with rapper and songstress Saweetie on a limited-edition meal that will roll out in the US on August 9.

Unlike her predecessors, who all stuck with single-entree orders, Saweetie's meal is absolutely stacked. When the 'Best Friend' singer hits the drive-thru, she springs for a Big Mac, four-piece Chicken McNuggets, medium fries, a medium Sprite and two sauces – Tangy BBQ and Sweet 'N Sour sauce. Hey, a girl's gotta eat.

Starting on August 9, when you roll up at the Golden Arches and ask for the Saweetie Meal, you'll get all her favorite picks in one order. Plus, McDonald's has rebranded their Sweet 'N Sour sauce as 'Saweetie 'N Sour' sauce for a limited time – because of course they did.

'McDonald’s and I run deep – from growing up back in Hayward, California, all through my college days – so I had to bring my icy gang in on my all-time favorites,' says Saweetie in a press release. 'Depending on the mood I'm in, there are so many ways to enjoy my order. I like to keep things fresh – I know that’s right.'

She's not lying. Perhaps the best part of this celebrity collab is the fact that Saweetie has provided a cheat sheet for how she likes to remix her signature fast food order. Aside from topping her Big Mac with fries (genius), Saweetie also encourages diners to build a Chicken McNugget sandwich by stacking an order of nuggets between Big Mac buns, which feels like it could be a real game-changer.

So, what should you do with those leftover beef patties? Saweetie recommends using them as buns and stuffing some fries between them. We're going to have to test drive that idea before we co-sign, but we'll give her an A+ for creativity. Check out the Saweetie Meal when it taps in at McDonald's on August 9 – and in the meantime, start studying the rapper's guide to playing with your food.
