What better way to kick off the new year than with some fresh travel inspo, eh? Over the last few months, we’ve covered pretty much every 2025 travel list under the sun, from the likes of Forbes, Skyscanner and (of course) Time Out.
Now, Wanderlust is the latest travel magazine to throw in its two cents. It’s just published its Good to Go list, a handpicked roundup of 25 places that should be on your radar for 2025, and we gotta hand it to them, there are loads of great spots included.
One of these is Alberta in western Canada, a dazzling province home to no less than six UNESCO World Heritage sites (including the Canadian Rocky Mountain parks), as well as these Sky Watching Domes at Métis Crossing, which we named one of the best things to do in the world this year.

Other destinations on the list include Dubrovnik, the lovely Croatian city which is steeped in mediaeval history, Uzbekistan, which was also recently named the world’s most desirable emerging destination in Wanderlust’s reader Travel Awards, and Salzburg and Vienna, the latter of which is one of our top picks for a European city break this year.
