Routine stuff, taking its title from a particularly lethal grip its hero is able to administer to the skulls of those who cross his path. The unspoiled rural locations (Taiwan?) lend freshness, but otherwise this fable of a cop who goes undercover to trace a gang of smugglers lacks the spark that would have lent its perfunctorily well staged fight scenes the touch of bravura achieved only once (the climactic fight, with the hero momentarily foiled by the iron skullcap his opponent wears, but the villain nevertheless ending up hammered waist deep into the mud). Otherwise there's some fairly meretricious sex (the 'boss' suffers from ejaculatio praecox) and a fair range of physique shots.
