Time Out says

Kieslowski lightens up somewhat in the last of the series, a black comedy on the potentially destructive effect of material wealth. Two brothers, one a singer in punk band 'City Death', the other older and married, discover a stamp collection in their dead athlete father's flat. As the collection's significance (and value) dawns on them, they are forced to turn the flat into a mini Fort Knox, replete with security systems, Rottweilers and window bars. But are they guards or prisoners? Zamachowski and Stuhr are perfect as the brothers, moving and comic at the same time. The film plays like a version of Bresson's L'Argent directed by Bertrand Blier.
