At Manteigaria Silva you will be sure to find the best cheese boards and charcuterie to graze on for hours. Whether it is with homemade curd cheeses, supervised by José Taboaço Branco, the owner, or with trios of black pork, everything goes well with the homemade toasts or sandwiches. Ask for the mixed boards (with two cheeses and one ham, €12) or a mixed black paw (€17). You can also take some of it home with you - and we encourage you to do so.
