Veganuary Las Vegas

Diana Edelman, the champion of Las Vegas vegans, has coordinated an extensive vegan program with restaurants around the city to serve special menus all month long. A portion of each meal sold at participating eateries will benefit the Veganuary organization and Nevada Society for the Prevention of Cruelty for Animals.
