Only the Hard Rock could get away with giving a restaurant a name that was such a jaw-dropping double entendre. Happily, though, this Mexican eaterie transcends its moniker. The menu doesn’t hold any surprises, at least not if you stick to the favorites (burritos, enchiladas).
