Phil’s Italian Steak House

This Treasure Island dining room doesn’t win many "best-of" awards, but that may be because of the rather low profile it keeps. In truth, the oversized room at TI may not serve the best steak you’ve ever had, but it’s certainly worth visiting if you want a good slice of meat that won’t dent your wallet. The same is true for Phil’s Italian dishes like the osso bucco or the risotto aragosta.
