Papaya King (CLOSED)

Beloved by Julia Child, Anthony Bourdain and even Martha Stewart, this New York institution has been pairing franks and tropical fruit drinks since before the founder of your go-to pressed juicery was born. But, until recently, you had to be in New York to get your hands on Papaya King. That changed in 2016, when the revered lunch spot opened its first location beyond Manhattan right here in Las Vegas. Now you can snag a papaya juice and a classic hot dog with kraut and red onion sauce or spring for something special, like the spicy-sweet Hula Hula with jalapeños, fresh pineapple, sweet peppers and sauteed onions.
