Omelet House

Omelettes aren't just the speciality at this basic, unassuming little diner: they're more or less the only thing on the menu. Sure, they make 'em in around 60 varieties, but eggs is eggs is eggs, and the kitchen here does 'em as well as anyone. Making plans for a subsequent dinner is unnecessary: each omelette is made with a preposterous six eggs, and will have you napping at the table until the heartburn wakes you up.
