When celeb chef Gordon Ramsay opened his steakhouse in Paris Las Vegas in 2012, the joint bade au revoir to the classical French theme. This hip, modern steakhouse is in marked contrast to the rest of the hotel. No matter, Ramsay’s meat joint is fantastic (if loud) fun, and his food shines too. Definitely not the place for a romantic evening, but if you like your meat, well, meaty, you’ll be right at home here.
