Blame Sheridan Su, the chef behind Fat Choy and its eponymous burger, a meat-on-meat-on-meat masterpiece that should cost way more than $12. For that price, you get a half-pound Angus patty topped with melt-in-your-mouth short rib, bacon, a fried egg, cheddar cheese and onion jam with a side of fries or salad. It makes a regular bacon cheeseburger look downright skimpy.
