B&B Burger and Beer

“The hamburger is in the pantheon of great American dishes.” So states the website of this Venetian restaurant, where partners Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich pull burger inspiration from the caprese salad, In-N-Out and, of course, Pulp Fiction. Make like Vincent Vega and try a Royale with Cheese, USDA Prime beef layered with robiola cheese, caramelized onions, grilled radicchio and finished with Parmesan-mascarpone cream. Marrying sweet, savory and a little char, it’s royale indeed.
