When the Rampart Casino opened 25 years ago, Summerlin and the surrounding area was a much different place. As the city grew around it, the resort did as well. Now, Rampart is rewarding its guests with discounted spa treatments and dinners in honor of its 25th anniversary celebration.
The official anniversary party weekend kicks off with free cake and a champagne toast on October 18 from 9 to 10pm and concludes on Sunday with a party from 3 to 8pm that will have DJs, food trucks and a 10-minute fireworks show at 7pm.
As part of the anniversary, Spa Aquae is offering a membership program that allows access to the fitness center and coed Hydra Lounge, and gives preferred pricing on spa treatments for $169 a month. Spa guests can also choose two 25-minute spa treatments for $198 (it comes with a glass of champagne) and Las Vegas locals receive discounts on all spa services—30 percent Monday through Thursday and 20 percent Friday through Sunday.
The following Rampart restaurants are offering specially priced three-course dinners that are available now and run through the end of November.
Hawthorn Grill
The steakhouse’s dining special is a $65 three-course dinner that includes an endive salad with green apples and toasted walnuts, a surf and turf entree consisting of an eight-ounce filet mignon and jumbo prawn and crème brulee for dessert.
Jade Asian Kitchen
The three-course special at Jade Asian Kitchen runs $45. It includes a papaya salad with shrimp, a bone-in salt and pepper pork chop with red and green bell pepper and leche flan for dessert.
Spiedini Fiamma Italian Bistro
The anniversary dinner special at this Italian bistro includes a stone fruit salad, limoncello chicken and a pasticciotti dessert all for $35 per person.
Earl Grey Café
The meal deal at the cafe goes for $25. Diners will get their choice of soup or salad to start, shrimp scampi and either a New York-style cheesecake or apple cobbler à la mode to finish.
