Every day will be a garden party at Swingers Las Vegas come this fall. From a lantern-lit entryway covered in greenery and vines to rolling hills and a quaint English cottage, this mini-golf spot is promising to have Yorkshire or Essex feels.

“It’s like you’re walking up the driveway and all of a sudden find yourself in this idyllic English country setting,” Swingers cofounder Matt Grech-Smith tells Time Out

But what exactly is Swingers? It’s what the Brits call “crazy golf” (miniature golf, here stateside) and what Grech-Smith, who first launched the concept as a pop-up in London, describes as “competitive socializing.” It’s an adults-only scene with four nine-hole courses, cocktail-serving caddies, a sunken lounge, multiple bars, street food, an arcade with carnival games, DJs and more in a giant former nightclub space (familiar to longtime Las Vegans as Light or Rumjungle).

A typical Swingers venue is usually around 22,000 square feet (there are four others), but the brand’s Las Vegas flagship at Mandalay Bay will be nearly twice the size, coming in slightly north of 40,000 square feet.

“We’re taking it to the next level,” Grech-Smith says. “We’re basing this around an English country house and it will be the best house party anyone’s ever seen.”

Here’s more of what we know before Swingers opens November 8.

What in the world is crazy golf?

It’s miniature golf with familiar obstacles like windmills, waterwheels, carousels and loops that golfers must navigate. There are four courses: The Clocktower and Hot Air Balloon courses in the main section and Carousel and Meteorite on the upper levels. And nine holes is “pretty much the sweet spot for people” Grech-Smith has learned. It takes between 35 to 45 minutes to complete a round.

How much will Swingers cost?

Admission to the venue itself is free, so anyone over 21 years or older can enter to grab drinks or food. However, golf will cost around $30 per round.

What will the food, drinks and music be like?

The food venues have not been announced yet but expect burgers and other pub-style food. There’s a cocktail lounge and multiple bars, including the Estate and Clubhouse—both 70-foot-long bars overlooking the course. As for the music, it’ll be soul, funk and disco. “We find it just works across every audience,” says Grech-Smith. “People can’t help themselves. You see them dancing around the course.”
