Rod Stewart’s split from Las Vegas was a short one. On the very day he was supposed to perform his 200th (and final) show at Caesars Palace (one he canceled because of illness), the “Forever Young” singer announced he’d be back with a series of “Encore Shows” at the resort next year.

Stewart made the announcement on Instagram to his 1.4 million followers with a video montage, telling them in the caption, “Vegas, I’m having too much fun for this to end so we are coming back for an encore!”

The two-time Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee promises that “The Encore Shows” will feature his biggest hits, surprises from the songbook and some deep cuts, along with “stunning new production elements.” The first scheduled shows are March 12 to 22 and May 29 to June 8.

It was an eventful week for the 79-year-old singer, who was out celebrating the one-year anniversary of his Wolfie’s Whiskey brand on Saturday and made an appearance at the Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails. There he served shots and surprised fans singing an a capella version of “Have I Told You Lately That I Love You.”

Presale tickets for Rod Stewart’s “The Encore Shows” at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace are now available to fan club members and Citi cardmembers. Tickets go on sale to the general public through Ticketmaster on August 12.

The 12 new concerts are scheduled for:

March 2025: 12, 14, 15, 19, 21, 22
May 2025: 29, 31
June 2025: 1, 5, 7, 8
