Travelers arriving into Harry Reid International Airport this February will be able to pick up a marriage license along with their luggage.
The Clark County Marriage License Bureau will open a pop-up bureau to issue marriage licenses and vow renewal certificates. The temporary office will be located at the Terminal 1 baggage claim and will be open from 8am to 5pm from February 11 through February 25, including on weekends. Only credit card or debit payments will be accepted, and note that the pop-up won’t host any wedding ceremonies. Along with their license, couples will receive a special themed keepsake featuring the Las Vegas skyline.
Clark County has issued more than five million marriage licenses and February is naturally its busiest month with Valentine’s Day and the dates of 2/5/25 and 2/25/25 expected to be especially busy this year—but maybe not rivaling the record-setting date of Tuesday, February 22, 2022 (also known as “twosday” 2/22/22) when 2,341 couples got married in Las Vegas.
“Love is always in the air during the month of February and our deputy clerks look forward to serving this special clientele,” Clark County Clerk Lynn Marie Goya said in a press release. “Couples love the excitement of the pop-up [bureau].”
