Swapping beats for bass lines, SLS Las Vegas transformed its anchor nightclub into a live-entertainment venue in 2016, launching the 2,000-capacity Foundry with a performance by electronic rockers Awolnation. With some clubby visual elements left over and a stage that stretches nearly the full width of the space, the Foundry stands out among its Strip brethren as something slightly different. And so far, the bookings are also worth keeping an eye on with classic acts like Bad Religion and up-and-comers like Alessia Cara both on the calendar.
