A joint venture between ""the Donald"" and Phil Ruffin, Trump’s first Vegas property—instantly recognizable with its gilding—is as posh as its sister properties in New York and Florida. When Donald Trump revealed his plans to build a condo-hotel tower here on The Apprentice, the condos were all reserved within three weeks. It was no surprise when, in a subsequent episode, he announced plans to build a second, 64-story tower a little further down the line.
The 1,282 spacious guestrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows, whirlpool tubs, plasma TVs (in the bathrooms too) and, of course, lots and lots of marble. There’s a predictably top-notch restaurant, DJT, and a poolside eaterie H2(EAU), with lighter fare and a full bar. And speaking of the pool, it’s as luxurious as you’d imagine with excellent city views.
