Catch a show at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, head to the strip (for some responsible gambling) or don your hiking boots and make the most of the city’s trails.

As for where to stay, well, that’s what this list is for. Live like the rich and treat yourself to a bit of luxury at one of these jaw-dropping Airbnbs.

The best Airbnb mansions in Las Vegas, at a glance:

Can I have a party at a Las Vegas Airbnb mansion?

No. Airbnb has a global party ban that applies everywhere, Vegas included, and the platform actively screens bookings for party red flags (local guest addresses, short stays, larger group sizes). Several of the mansions in this piece are explicit about being a no-party, no-events house on top of that. If a big group night out is the plan, these are built for staying somewhere nice afterward, not hosting the event itself. Save the boogieing for the Strip, guys.

Is it cheaper to rent a mansion than stay on the Strip?

Often yes, especially split across a group and you also dodge Strip resort fees, which run $35–62 a night depending on the hotel. The trade-off is location, as most of these mansions sit 10–30 minutes from the Strip, so factor in rideshares or a rental car if nightlife’s the main plan.
