1. The glam executive suite in Las Vegas

If over-the-top opulence is your preferred aesthetic, this four-bedroom mid-century mansion is the one. Just west of the I-15, the estate supposedly once belonged to Nicholas Cage, but today is decked out for guests. The outdoor space is just as impressive: think smartly landscaped grounds, a chill-out patio and a shimmering pool.

3. The Casa Favela near the Arts District

A 1950s bungalow might not immediately scream ‘Vegas glam’ in a way that other properties do, but this retro-infused house has a chicness all of its own. Fall in love with its quirky furnishings and artsy flourishes, then spend all evening around the private pool in the backyard. We also love it for its convenient location (the Arts District, Fremont Street and Strip are all easily accessible from here).

Rooms? Two bedrooms. Sleeps up to four guests.
The mood? Vintage-modern interiors rammed with peculiar art.
Location perks? Quiet residential area close to downtown and the strip.
Budget range? An affordable stay for couples and small families.

4. The Signature Tower at MGM

Walking distance to Planet Hollywood and MGM Grand, the Signature’s golden towers deliver well-appointed hotel-style rooms with living areas, kitchenettes and oversized bathrooms with walk-in showers and jetted tubs. Where this 32nd floor Airbnb really shines is in the price, well below what you’d pay for a comparable room elsewhere and with a host of amenities like free Wi-Fi, free parking, free laundry, no resort fee and, perhaps most importantly, complimentary access to MGM Grand’s sprawling, palm-studded poolscape and lazy river.

Rooms? Studio flat. Sleeps four guests.

6. The quiet cottage in Summerlin

If the words ‘quiet cottage’ were not what you imagined you’d find on a list of Vegas residences, you’re not alone. But this lovely little casita in Summerlin indeed answers to that description. It’s only 15 minutes from the Strip but it gives you a chance to discharge the Sin City energy at the end of each day and regain a sense of homeliness. The dark green walls are a hit with us, as is the marbled sink area and the cute garden space with chairs for lounging in.

7. The elegant villa in Henderson

If you’re looking for a luxury experience with a little bit less of the full-on energy of Vegas, try searching for a property in or around Henderson. This huge villa is part of an exclusive golf community and is just between Las Vegas and Henderson, but it’s a great example of the type of super luxe home available in these parts. This baby has a pool, a spa, a private pickle ball court, a pool table, access to the golf course (obvs.), a lovely outdoor dining area, and it’s only 15 mins from the heart of Vegas. What else can we tell you about this 5,700 sqft place? It’s absolutely gorgeous inside, that’s what.

A slice of the (very) good life, just 15 minutes from the Strip.

Eyebrow-raisingly cheaper than you’d think.

8. The posh villa in Downtown

There’s no pool in this Downtown Las Vegas home, no grand piano or stripper pole. But what it lacks in outlandish amenities, this well-priced four-bedroom crash pad makes up for in polished comfort, providing everything you need for a relaxing stay in tasteful style. That means a high-ceilinged living room with space for a crowd to catch a movie, beds for eight, a massive kitchen to whip up meals and an outdoor patio with Stratosphere views so you don’t forget that this is Vegas, after all.

Rooms? Four bedrooms. Sleeps eight guests.

9. The huge mansion with resort-style pools in Spring Valley

Ok, where to start with this one? The D&D mansion is a 12-bedroom home with architecture inspired by ancient Rome and Greece (plus some more recent Italianate culture). It’s a proper palace of a place, with things like: five kitchens and a 3000-bottle wine cellar. In the space surrounding the mansion you’ll find eight different water features, including two pools – one a resort-style swimming pool and the other a koi fishpond which you can also swim in. There are waterfalls, a grotto, swim-up bars, 38 palm trees… and so on and so forth. It’s big, it’s bold and it’s purely Vegas inside and out. A lot of fun could be had here.

Rooms? 12 bedrooms. Sleeps over 16 guests.
The mood?
Greco-Roman decadence done Vegas style.

There’s so much on the property itself, you’ll find it extremely hard to leave.
Budget range?
Well, it was unlikely to be cheap, right?

10. The Napoli-inspired apartment in a friendly neighborhood

The perfect place for a couple to stay, this sunny apartment is part of a gated community located just outside the busiest bit of town. Its décor is inspired by Napoli and we love the slightly retro aesthetic and emphasis on pastel shades. The peaches-and-cream bedroom is the perfect place to rest your eyes if you’ve been staring at fluorescent lights for too long and the round-the-clock access to an onsite pool and gym will help keep you feeling chipper.

Rooms? One bedroom. Sleeps two guests.

The mood? A warm, feminine domestic space.

Location perks? Hit the hay in a quieter area of town while still being close to the action.

Budget range? Fantastic price.

11. The modern luxury escape near Las Vegas Boulevard

If you can bear to get away from the Strip and the center of the action (and, to be honest, it can definitely be nice to get a breather from LV’s relentless party buzz), a nearby home could be a solid renting option. And there are some spectacular Airbnbs to choose from. Take this house, for example, which is just a mile and a bit from the main stretch and boasts stuff like a hot tub, enormous pool (with its own waterfall), spa, walk-in showers and TVs in every bedroom. It’s a slice of real luxury – and really not that far from the heart of the action.

Rooms? Four bedrooms. Sleeps eight guests.
The mood? A dreamy luxury resort.
Location perks? On a half-acre of lush green land.
Budget range? A luxury, affordable getaway for a spectacular bachelor or bachelorette.

12. The stunning penthouse in central Las Vegas

When you’ve got a hot tub with, erm, that view, you know you’re already onto a winner. Not only is that tub on a rooftop, with city-best views out over LV’s neon blaze from 500 feet up, but it’s also glass-encased, overhanging and heated year-round. And this place doesn’t just have one hot tub. Oh no. There’s another in the bathroom! The rest of the apartment is compact but impeccably well-designed, making the most of the space and boasting extra perks like a Bluetooth stereo system and cozy fireplace.

Rooms? One bedroom. Sleeps six guests.
The mood? Modern-chic interiors with insane floor balcony vistas.
Location perks? Situated close to the Strip with lots of great restaurant options.
Budget range? A moderately-priced weeklong trip for group bookings.

Rooms? Seven bedrooms. Sleeps over 16 guests.
The mood? Tropical excess.
