At Wynn/Encore’s prime dancing destination, the party can’t be contained within four walls. Instead, it spills outside, spreading around Encore Beach Club’s lavish poolscape with bottle-poppin’ twentysomethings who even take to the water on warm summer nights. If the Wynn was once the stuffy luxury brand on the Strip, among the bouncing crowd at Surrender it’s clear the resort fully shed that persona—along with a few layers of clothing.
