This stunning restaurant has a long, Thai wood bar that is the focal point as soon as you walk in. Contemporary Japanese is the theme and the cocktails reflect that. Sake, whiskey and non-alcoholic cleansers are specialties. There is also a bar within the bar that exclusively focuses on martinis. Coktail standouts include the Fish in the Bag (a showpiece presented to look as if you were actually being served a fish in a bag) and the Japanese Penicillin, which sits atop a layer of smoke.
