He’s done it. Frank Underwood has weaseled his way into the Oval Office. Yes, the disgraceful antihero who spits out Southern charm and DC slime in equal measure is now the leader of the small screen’s free world. And we couldn’t be happier.

Even President Barack Obama’s a fan, teasing that he wishes his own government were as ruthlessly efficient. And though Obama shares little in common with the fictional mudslinger, the two do share an affinity for clever metaphors and idioms. To celebrate the show’s return, we thought we’d play a little game called Who Said It: Underwood or Obama?
