Source tasty morsels in the urban wilds of south Birmingham at this beginners course to foraging. The evening will cover the practicalities, legalities and safety precautions that need to be considered when picking wild plants to eat and will give attendees the confidence to identity edible foods on their own at a later date. Following the walk through areas of the local neighbourhood, foragers will return to the Loaf Cookery School kitchen to cook their finds and enjoy a light dinner together. The event takes place come rain or shine so wear sensible footwear and clothing and bring along a pencil and pad for note taking.
