Beautiful Thing

Nikolai Foster's production of 'Beautiful Thing' returns to the stage with Charlie Brooks as Sandra, Thomas Law as Ste and Sam Jackson as Jamie. The story is set during a heady heatwave on a council estate in Thamesmead and depicts a touching urban love story between Jamie, a confused teen who lives with his single mum and dislikes football much to the hilarity of those at school, and Ste, his next door neighbour and classmate battling with his father's alcoholism and violent outbursts.
