Everyone's favourite grumpster, Jack Dee, takes a break from moaning about the smallest of annoyances to help out his fellow citizens. in 'Jack Dee's Helpdesk' the grouchy comic is joined by a panel of experts to offer advice on audience members problems. He promises that 'in no way' will your issues be 'ridiculed in front of a live audience'.
