ALBA (CLOSED)

Berlin's representatives in German basketball's top flight take their name from their sponsors, a waste disposal and recycling firm. ALBA wiped the floor with the opposition in the late 1990s and early 2000s and are again back to winning ways. They used to pack them into the Max-Schmeling-Halle but have now moved to the flashier, bigger O2 World.
