This renovated 19th-century townhouse sits on a tranquil street. There's a garden and a glass-ceilinged gallery, and the big leather furniture invites you to light up a cigar. The rooms, however, seem a bit over-priced. Still, the beautiful Kollwitzplatz is just around the corner, as are a bunch of decent bars and restaurants.
