On Thursday, April 17, Brotar Fest at Time Out Market comes to the surface stronger than ever: a double helping of music. From 7 to 8 PM, it's the turn of electronic DJ JvR Javi Randazzo, and from 8 to 9 PM, the band MUV takes the stage live. MUV throws an improvised party with guitar, sax, trumpet, keyboard, bass, drums, beatbox, percussion, and a conductor.
