This shiny food truck in Aree Soi 2 is famous for the incredibly fresh seafood grill which can be bought from the road. It runs on the first come first served basis, so the mouth watering crowd will have to wait for the scrumptious giant freshwater prawn, squid, and many more. Don’t be afraid to be there too early as the truck starts serving drinks at 2pm.

At the moment we visited, there were six dessert sets to pick and the open kitchen counter is where you should take a seat because you’d get to see the pastry chefs cooking. Their courses start with an appetizer called Amuse: green apple sorbet (they use Granny Smith, fresh from Australia) served with caramel soup. The main course is White Chocolate Mousse with Vanilla Wafer and Strawberry Sorbet. It goes along very well with White Zinfandel as the chef suggests. And for the last course, they serve Petite Fours which are Coconut Marshmallow, Double Chocolate Sabléé, and Strawberry Choux to complete your sweet dream.

Henk Savelberg, a renown michelin star chef, has just opened his fine dining in the Bangkok city center.
