VIDA pumped millions into renovating the warehouse building that formerly housed Results the Gym, adding spa features, two endless pools, a "Fuel Bar", and a rooftop pool and lounge. The luxe, gay-friendly gym chain has been taking over the city in recent years, and now operates locations in Penn Quarter, Logan Circle, NoMa, and in the Renaissance Hotel downtown, among others.
