Time Out says

Pastry chef Gianluigi Dellaccio started this artisanal gelato company in 2006 and it’s been expanding ever since. If you couldn’t already tell by his surname, Dellaccio is Italian (born in Naples) and works from a recipe that’s been in his family for generations. The results are pure gelati and sorbetti made daily in small batches in flavors like chai tea, cheesecake, crème brûlée and ginger vanilla. The newest location at the City Market at O offers Dolci Pops—gelato on a stick dipped in chocolate and rolled in toppings of your choice ike chopped nuts or crushed Oreos.
