Some restaurants are built on subtlety. Bar Deco is not one of them. The three-floor behemoth in Chinatown has a sprawling mural on its side and a rooftop with blinding twinkly lights. Inside, a smoker pumps out charred dishes like bone-in chicken and pork ribs, and the 50-foot bar serves cocktails made with bacon-infused bourbon. Located near the Verizon Center, this over-the-top restaurant—which opened in September 2015—also has TVs for those who couldn’t snag a ticket to the game across the street.
