The outpost of the Eighteenth Street Lounge/Thievery Corporation empire is dedicated to two Jamaican products: patties (spiced meat or veggies in pastry) and reggae. Bands perform at this laid-back venue, but DJs dominate; they pump roots, rock steady, dub and dancehall through a 21-speaker sound system that doesn’t stint on the bass. The food and music draw a Jamaican clientele. The place opens for lunch; the music starts at 9pm
