The name Frank Ruta has become synonymous with top notch food and worth-the-wait dining. The former chef at Palena (where diners happily endured a 45-minute prep time for his roasted chicken), the James Beard winner once again had guests on the edge of their dining chair when he opened Mirabelle in early 2017.
