It’s the Halloween duo you didn’t know you needed: Uber Eats and Spirit Halloween stores have partnered up to make getting into the Halloween spirit a breeze this year. The rideshare service will now deliver Halloween costumes, makeup and decorations from the country’s largest Halloween retailer straight to your door.
That’s right, save a big step when it’s time to decorate your place for the season. With a record-breaking 1,525 Spirit Halloween locations set to open this year, there’s sure to be one nearby, and shopping for your spooky supplies via Uber will cost just the same as in-store (note that availability varies by store). Uber One members pay no delivery fees and a five-percent discount on all Spirit Halloween orders with a $35 minimum purchase. Everyone who uses Uber to order can get up to 40 percent off their next Spirit Halloween order of $50 or more through Halloween.
"The holiday season officially kicks off this time of year, and households across the country are looking to on-demand delivery to get what's needed—now," said Beryl Sanders, Director of U.S. Grocery & Retail partnerships at Uber. "That's one of the reasons we're most excited to bring Spirit Halloween to Uber Eats and our other Uber apps to make costumes and other Halloween must-haves a cinch.”
Spirit Halloween is the latest retailer to join the ranks of Uber Eats deliverables, following the likes of Big Lots, Lowe's, Michael's, Party City and more. The convenience is undeniable: get your costume, jack-o-lantern lights and a burrito to keep your energy up, all without leaving your house. This new partnership will definitely come in handy when you’re getting ready for the big Halloween party and realize you’ve forgotten to get a wig. Uber Eats can get it to you in minutes.
