Move over vanilla: the Pumpkin Spice Frosty hits menus at Wendy’s starting September 12. With this new addition to its Frosty lineup, the fast food chain jumps on the fall flavor bandwagon. The pumpkin and spice-tinged Frosty will temporarily sideline the vanilla Frosty — as the seasonal summer strawberry and winter peppermint flavors have done in the past (the chocolate Frosty will remain on the menu).

Even better, Frosty fans can try this new flavor for free. Stop into any Wendy’s between now and October 31 to pick up a Wendy’s Frosty Boo Books coupon book for $1. The coupon book includes coupons for five free Jr. Frosty treats that can be redeemed at participating U.S. Wendy's until the end of the year. Proceeds from Frosty Boo! Books benefit the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.

Uber One members can also get a Pumpkin Spice Frosty for free—without leaving home. Starting September 13, buy a Pumpkin Spice Frosty with Uber One and you’ll get one Frosty for free, plus a free medium fry. For dippers, this duo could be the sweet and salty combo of the season.

The Pumpkin Spice Frosty is not the only menu item to get the pumpkin spice treatment, however: Wendy’s also announced the debut of its Pumpkin Spice Frosty Cream Cold Brew, a limited-time addition to its Frosty Cream Cold Brew lineup that includes vanilla, caramel and chocolate.
