We suggest inviting a goat or a llama to your next Zoom meeting

Warning: cuteness overload ahead.

What are business meetings these days, anyway?

As we're all working from home, it seems like traditional corporate America practices have slowly been giving way to more relaxed attitudes across all jobs and industries—from "day pajamas" to Zoom meetings interrupted by screaming children, we're all just trying to get adjusted to our temporary new realities. Why not add some fun (and cuteness) to it all?

That's what Sweet Farm, based in Silicon Valley, is going for. The animal sanctuary is offering all the chance to invite goats, llamas, piglets, turkeys, cows, roosters and a variety of other animals to corporate Zoom meetings and happy hours for $100.

The program, Goat 2 Meeting, launched last month and, as of today, over 300 folks have requested the cameos (the most popular animal? Llamas, of course). Proceeds from the effort will help the nonprofit recuperate some of the lost business incurred as a result of current stay-at-home orders.

The $100 option will grant you a 10-minute animal cameo, but there are other selections to choose from as well. For example: for $65, up to six people will get to enjoy a 20-minute private virtual tour of the farm as a whole, getting up close and personal with a few different animals. An unlimited number of participants can, on the other hand, log into a 25-minute corporate meeting virtual tour for $250 in total. Best of all: schools and nonprofits can sign up for free virtual field trips.

There is just something about animals that lifts everyone's spirit, isn't there?
