Broadway and movie fans who have been curious about how Cynthia Erivo, Ariana Grande, Jonathan Bailey and the cast of the new Wicked movie adaptation will interpret the show's iconic songs don't have to wait much longer. According to a post from the account of the film's official soundtrack, local music stores around the country will host listening parties for fans this weekend, November 22-24.

The events will happen Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and will give fans a chance to listen to (and probably sing along to) iconic tunes from the musical sung by the film's cast like "Defying Gravity," "The Wizard and I," "Popular," and "Dancing Through Life" (unfortunately, we'll have to wait until the second half of the movie comes out next November to hear second act songs like "As Long As You're Mine," "No Good Deed," and "For Good"). Both the soundtrack and movie release Friday, November 22.
The participating music stores are located in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
